I just took this tent camping and it stayed incredibly dry! I was camping in a field with tall grass when I woke up in the morning my rain fly was covered in dew, yet the was absolutely no moisture on the inside (including condensation). It is definetly not a fall/winter tent though. If I not had a good sleeping bag, I would have been freezing. Also, I did not seal the seams (which I plan on doing), and I didn't rain while I was using it, so if the conditions are a little rougher there maybe some issues, I don't know. Otherwise great tent for the price.
